Refund Policy

At Thai Sarakham, we want every customer to enjoy their experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refunds policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The order delivered was incorrect (wrong items or missing items).

  • The food was damaged or unsafe to eat upon arrival.

  • The order did not arrive (delivery failure due to our error).

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You provided incorrect delivery details that caused a failed delivery.

  • You changed your mind after the order was prepared or delivered.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Food that has already been consumed (partial or full).

 

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the food.

  • Refund requests can be made via telephone by calling 01484 685743

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement order or store credit instead of a cash refund.
